1, LONG DISTANCE XCOUNTRY TRIATHLON

Date of the race: 24 July 2010

Location of the race centre: Kőszeg in Hungary

The race will start with swimming in lake Rohonc/Rechnitz in Austria, than cross the hill “foot of Alps” – highest peak 884 m Irottko tower - to Hungary Koszeg

Distances:

2 km swimming in 3 laps with short running between laps

80 km MTB with 2/3 small laps after crossing the hill with about 1500 HM

20 km running in 4/5 laps

Terrain is with steep hill climbing and fast downhill sections, mainly on forest roads (NO SINGLE TRACKS), if you are not familiar with MTB rather with road bike you can do it as well.

The track is driven in a close natural park so there is no possibility to preparing trainings before race.

Using MTB in a good technical condition with helmet is mandatory.

Right of changing distances and tracks will be kept by organizers.

2010/03/01-2010/06/13 individual 40 EUR, relay 20 EUR pro person

2010/06/14-2010/07/18 individual 46 EUR, relay 23 EUR pro person

2010/07/24 in center individual 56 EUR, relay 28 EUR pro person
