Race course description
Swim

2 loops of 750 m in the Lake Léman, forming a triangle (no Australian exits). Exit of the lake in front of the restaurant Les Abériaux.
Off-road bike

2 loops of 17 km, starting from the transition area. The beginning is made of single tracks in a forest with river crossings and narrow trails. The return is made of broader tracks, allowing for more speed and overtaking. The gradient is reasonable (300 m) and the trail does not require a high skill level. Two refueling zones (food and beverages provided by Powerbar) are available, one after 8 km and one close to the change zone.
Running

2 loops of 5.2 km, starting from the transition area, using the discovery trail (about 2 km on solid ground) and then forest trails and fields with around 100 m gradient. Refueling is provided close to the transition area.
